The vanilla used to flavor this paste comes from Moroni, the capital of the Comoros archipelago in the Indian Ocean. It is excellent for making dairy ice cream and for flavoring cream, custards, fillings, and desserts. The delicious Moroni vanilla flavor enhances and improves anything that needs that special touch! This paste consists almost entirely of vanilla and therefore has a dark color.
