A glossy product from Rougie. The foie gras farce has a delicate note thanks to port wine and selected spices. French winter truffles form the core of this specialty. The traditional trapezoidal shape, with many pieces, gives the block an attractive cut appearance. To cut and serve, open both sides of the can. At a temperature of 8-12°C, the block of goose liver can be easily pushed out and carved.
