A high-quality product from Rougie. The pure foie gras farce was subtly seasoned. For the filling, small, fine pieces of foie gras were marinated with port wine and spices and carefully folded into the foie gras mixture. The traditional trapezoidal shape, with many pieces, gives the block an attractive cut appearance. Please take the foie gras out of the fridge about 15 minutes before enjoying.
