
Duck legs confit, 4 legs, rougie
Traditionally pre-cooked and pickled duck legs in our own lard, which were raised and fattened using only grain, minerals and vitamins. This makes the meat very tender and juicy. To prepare it, the lard is roughly removed and the legs are heated in a pan or in the oven. The remaining lard is wonderful for making dishes like fried potatoes - so definitely don`t throw it away!
