Sherry vinegar is fermented from the finest sherry wines and may only be produced in the region around Jerez de la Frontera. Using the Solera method, this sherry undergoes a second fermentation in an oak barrel that already contains aged sherry vinegar with its aromatic compounds and maturation bacteria. The longer the vinegar matures, the smoother, more aromatic, and darker it becomes. A well-balanced sherry vinegar; rich and with a lasting flavor. Ideal for marinades, cocktails, vinaigrettes, or salads.
