Made from the neck of the woolly pig and dry cured with sea salt. Rosemary, thyme, black pepper and coriander give this delicacy, which has been air-dried for at least 4 months, its unmistakably delicious taste. Mangalitsa woolly pigs are a real treasure as an old, original breed of pig. They are the basis for the wonderful taste of handcrafted meat and sausage products. Mangalitza products are also valuable foods, the fat of the animals is almost cholesterol-free. In the Baden village butcher`s shop Walter, the woolly pigs raised in Hungary are processed into fine specialties a day after slaughter.
