A wonderful, single-varietal, light and harmonious olive oil with notes of sweet almond and a subtly spicy finish. Ideal for all vegetable dishes, light meats and fish, as well as for desserts and baking. A true all-rounder that always enhances the flavor of food without overpowering it with an overpowering aroma of its own. The small, aromatic Taggiasca olive originates in Liguria, more precisely in Taggia, not far from the coast. The Venturino family cultivates their terraced olive groves nearby, with over 2,000 olive trees. Due to the location, a great deal of manual labor is required, right up to the harvest, which takes place between November and January.
