The small-fruited, aromatic Taggiasca olive has its home in Liguria, more precisely in Taggia not far from the coast. Nearby, the Venturino family cultivates their terraced olive groves, with over 2000 olive trees. Due to the location, a lot of manual work is required here, right up to the harvest in the period from November to January.
