
Extra virgin olive oil, from Beruguette olives, Chateau d`Estoublon
The varietal extra virgin olive oil is obtained from Beruguette olives hand-picked in early November. Its scent is grassy and spicy intense. The taste with extra fresh almond and green hazelnut notes and some bitter notes and very characteristic spicy notes. Recommended with stewed fish and poultry, leeks, tomatoes and onion cakes. Gives spicy cakes a deep aroma.
