Hand-made milk chocolate, with real vanilla, 32% cocoa content, flavored with bergamot. Its sour-bitter taste, known by the Earl Gray tea, gives the chocolate a pleasant fruitiness. In the small Calabrian chocolate factory Dolci Pensieri only 500 plates of extravagant compositions are produced during the day. The chocolate is hand-scooped and poured into every single mold.
