They are the original form of the Tartufi dolci born in a small Piedmontese town near the truffle capital of Alba: the Tartufi dolci extraneri. Very good dark chocolate gives the extra black Tartufo a special tartness and intensity. The sweet Piedmont hazelnuts IGP crack with every bite. The tart aroma gives this chocolate truffle an adult character - an exciting truffle specialty that can be enjoyed very well with a grappa aged in barriques. Approx. 71 loose, dark truffle pralines, wrapped in chocolate-brown paper, can be found in the kilo bag.
