These are the original form of Tartufi dolci, born in a small Piedmontese town near Alba, the truffle capital: the Tartufi dolci extraneri. Very high-quality dark chocolate gives the extra black Tartufo a special bitterness and intensity. The sweet Piedmontese hazelnuts IGP crackle with every bite. The bittersweet aroma lends this chocolate truffle a sophisticated character - a truly exciting truffle specialty, best enjoyed with a barrel-aged grappa. Approximately 71 loose, deep-dark truffle pralines, wrapped in chocolate-brown paper, are contained in the one-kilogram bag.
