A long cooking time of at least seven hours in a water bath while at the same time the experienced eye of the Maestro Torronaio observes the almost imperceptible changes in the honey mass. Of particular importance is the exact temperature before the addition of roasted hazelnuts to further processing and shaping of the specialty. Gluten free.
