Durum wheat semolina with wheat germ and saffron powder. With 7 mm a slightly wider version of the classic format. Let it boil for 14 minutes in boiling water. The dough is finely rolled out and dried at low temperature for 36 hours. Creates a very nice scent while cooking. To white wine sauce with clams, shrimp or salmon.
