Extra virgin olive oil made from hand-beaten Leccino, Frantio, and Coratina olives. With a green color and golden highlights, the oil has an acidity level between 0.2 and 0.4%. It has a light grassy aroma, as well as notes of almonds, blossoms, and fresh fruit. The taste is delicately fruity and subtle, with hints of artichoke and sweet almonds.
