
Extra virgin olive oil, Plora Prince of Crete, Crete
The olive cultivation and olive oil production have been in the hands of the Melabianakis family in the south of Crete for the third generation. For the mildly spicy extra virgin olive oil, Koroneiki olives are carefully harvested from mid-November to mid-February and gently cold-pressed. The all-round olive oil goes well with dressings, marinades and antipasti.
