A very fine and renowned olive oil from the historic Alziari olive mill in Nice. This golden-yellow blend is cold-pressed from fully ripened olives and, with its fruity and mild finesse, is particularly delicious with cooked dishes and also with delicate raw vegetables. On the palate, this olive oil clearly develops its fruitiness with light notes of mango, artichoke, and nuts. The aroma of fresh almonds is also present in the taste and intensifies in warm dishes.
