Very fine and renowned oil from the ancient Alziari oil mill in Nice. The golden yellow cuvee was cold-pressed from fully ripe olives and, with its fruity, mild finesse, is particularly tasty with cooked dishes and also with fine raw vegetables. On the palate, this olive oil clearly develops its fruitiness with light mango, artichoke and nut notes. The scent of fresh almonds can also be found in the taste and is intensified in warm dishes.
