The pure olive oil from the Coratina variety is grass-green and intensely fruity. It smells of freshly cut grass and tomato bushes. The palate is clearly sharp and bitter. A fantastic seasoning oil that was awarded an Extra Gold medal at the BIOL olive oil competition in 2023.
