 
        Polenta al tartufo, polenta with summer truffle
A wonderfully easy-to-prepare polenta with summer truffles. In addition to dried truffles, mushrooms and herbs make the full, savory taste. Stir in the polenta in boiling water and let it simmer for about ten minutes. Season with butter and serve with game or a Brasato al Barolo. Or just pieces of Taleggio, a creamy cow`s cheese, melt in it.
