La Tartufata, mushroom and truffle sauce
Fresh mushrooms, 5% summer truffles, extra virgin olive oil, spices and salt are all in this rich paste. It spits meat, poultry or fish dishes and flavored sauces. Extended with olive oil or mixed with some cream, it simply tastes like egg noodles. The Tartufata can also be used with spring onions, black pepper and a drop of lime oil as a crostino spread.
