
Butter Ghee - clarified butter, 99.8% fat
Ghee is a term taken from Indian and Pakistani cuisine for clarified butter or clarified / refined butter. This ghee is different from the original because of the casting process and because it is made from cow butter and not buffalo butter. Like all clarified butter, ghee has a longer shelf life than butter and the advantage that it can be heated more strongly.
