
Asia soybean oil, made from genetically modified soy
The light yellow 100% soybean oil has a mild taste and is very often used in Asian and American cuisines. Soybean oil works well as salad oil, even in mixtures with other oils. Its heat resistance, with a high smoke point of over 200°C, makes it suitable for roasting and baking. The lecithin content of soybean oil also makes it possible to bake without eggs.
