Dolcetto d`Ovada is an autochthonous red grape variety from Piedmont. From their pomace, Gualco distils an aromatic grappa that captures the lively fruitiness of the vine. Romina Tacchino, our longtime friend and winemaker, also delivers her pomace there. 42% vol.
