Hirschbirnen - brandy, 43% vol., Gölles

The stronger, more rustic and in the aroma more edgy of the two burned at Gölles Mostbirnen (see: Saubirne). Stag pears are a Styrian specialty from ancient times and produce a spicy and pithy distillate, which in its way documents very well the Styrian character.
