Caramelizing and flavoring made easy - without a salamander or Bunsen burner! This is possible with the Cookal caramelization sets. They contain 50 caramel eclat portions and 200ml caramel flambe essence. Use, for example, for creme brulee: Spread the caramel eclat portion on cold creme brulee and pour the flambier essence over it. Light. The flame goes out after approx. 1 minute. The product is completely caramelized and flavored and the surface is crunchy. The creme brulee stays cold and the alcohol is gone.
