Yopol is a yoghurt powder that adds a unique taste to any condition where fresh yoghurt is not easily processed. Yopol can be used to make blends with vacuum-dried fruit and yoghurt flavor, candies, brittle, biscuits, biscuits and other dough. It also allows the production of yoghurt and yoghurt fruit brittle. To prevent the absorption of moisture, Yopol must be stored dry and cool.
