It is fermented from strong beer and therefore has a pronounced maltiness. The right ingredient for preparing a variety of foods, including beer, such as those from a wide range of delicacies such as sour sausage, beef salad, and salt. Also great for tasting hearty ragout dishes such as goulash or to refine sauces and juices, braised beef or roast pork.
