Blanc Satin is the first and only couverture that deserves such an elegant name. They are wonderfully distinguishable from other couvertures, both for their bright white color and also for the absence of the disappointing odor of condensed or burnt milk. These special properties combine perfectly with the delicate aroma and spice of the vanilla. It is also great for use as a ganache, in mousses and creams and is even better in combination with contrasting aromas like sour fruits. When preparing the Ganaches for chocolates, the Blanc Satin has the characteristics to combine wonderfully with liqueurs.
