Blanc Satin is the first and only couverture that deserves such an elegant name. They are wonderfully distinguishable from other couvertures, both for their bright white color and also for the absence of the disappointing odor of condensed or burnt milk. These special properties combine perfectly with the delicate aroma and spice of the vanilla.
