ES-ECO-013-IB Flor de Sal the flower of salt is the purest of all salts. The salt obtained using traditional harvesting methods is 100% natural and is sold without chemical additives. This excellent product is manufactured by Katja Wohr and Robert Chaves. They have made it their mission to harvest and sell the top salt in the nature reserve northeast of Playa Es Trenc in the southeast of Mallorca. The star chef Marc Fosh is responsible for refining the taste of Flor de Sal.
