Mace - mace, ground

Mace is the delicate orange seed coat that encloses the nutmeg. The aroma is finer and less intense than the aroma of nutmeg and is easier to dose. In powdered form it can be easily added to dishes or pastries as a seasoning. Wonderful for Christmas baking!
