Isomalt - Sugar pulling drops, sugar substitute, microwaveable

These isomalt drops allow you to easily and affordably create durable sugar sculptures without the hassle of cooking sugar and acquiring other necessary equipment such as a marble slab, sugar thermometer, copper saucepan, and food-grade lacquer. Simply dissolve the isomalt drops in the microwave or on the stovetop. Stir in sugar coloring as desired. Let it stand briefly (to set). Then pour the mixture into solid or hollow silicone molds.
