La Gallinara`s olive cream consists only of olives, olive oil and is seasoned with a little salt. Because it does not contain any other spices, it can be used very well for seasoning (e.g. Bolognese). Fresh ciabatta bread dipped in this cream is a real delicacy with summer salads. The olive cream tastes very mild and unobtrusive, but still has a strong taste. You can also enjoy them with toast, pizza, pasta, rice, meat or fish.
