Matured in Sicilian Marsala wine casks and classic bourbon barrels, it blends sweet aromas of apricot, marmalade, and dark chocolate with notes of roasted nuts and smoky applewood. Sicilian sweetness meets Islay peat. On the nose, it`s powerful and complex. The smoke is accompanied by apricot notes, juicy raisins, sticky dates, and tart apple compote. Orange marmalade adds a citrusy freshness. A splash of water reveals deeper, earthy layers: roasted mushrooms, pine needles, salted fish, capers, and olives. The Islay pantry meets a Sicilian garden.
