2023 Reserve ROYALE red wine, dry, 15% vol., Anciens Temps

A rich, concentrated wine of deep red color with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by aromas of black berries and plums, underscored by a subtle hint of tobacco. Spicy nuances of thyme and rosemary emerge, before the long finish impresses with ripe tannins and a touch of chocolate. The blend consists primarily of Syrah and Marselan - a new cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache Noir. The `Anciens Temps` line is the flagship of the Reunis de Cebazan cooperative and represents outstanding quality at a fair price.
