Cod fillet portions, practically boneless, skinless, glazed, deep-frozen. Cod fillet (FISH) (Gadus macrocephalus / Gadus morhua). Consume only when thoroughly cooked. Despite the utmost care during production, some bones may occasionally remain in the product. Fish from a fishery certified according to the MSC environmental standard, MSC-C-50070. Latin name, fishing area, and fishing gear: See label. (Gadus macrocephalus, fishing area: Northwest Pacific, Northeast Pacific, fishing gear: trawls, hooks, and longlines; Gadus morhua, fishing area: Northeast Atlantic, fishing gear: trawls). Thaw the cod fillet portions, rinse under cold water, and pat dry. Pan-frying instructions: Fry over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through. Preparation in a preheated oven: Cook at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 8-10 minutes. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
