2025 Pinot Blanc QW, dry, 13% vol., F. Becker

This elegant, refreshingly juicy estate wine grows on limestone and clay soils on both sides of the Southern Palatinate-Alsace border near Schweigen. After selective hand-harvesting, it was gently fermented. The subsequent extended aging on its fine lees in wooden barrels refines its fruity and invigorating aromas of ripe stone fruit, quince, vineyard peach, and pear. It displays pale yellow reflections in the glass. On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, yet also smooth and caressing. The acidity is harmoniously integrated.
