Preparation instructions: Thaw the pouch completely in a refrigerator, empty the thawed pouch into a 1L ISI Gourmet Whip and pressurize with 2 iSi Professional Chargers, shake vigorously. Portion and serve. Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
