Preparation instructions: Thaw the pouch completely in a refrigerator. Empty the thawed pouch into a 1-liter ISI Gourmet Whip and pressurize with two iSi Professional Chargers, shaking vigorously. Heat the filled ISI Whip in a water bath or convection oven for approximately 30 minutes at 60°C. Portion and serve. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
