CREAM, 31% Lobster Cream Soup (Stock: Water, 6% Lobster Carcasses, Onions, Carrots, CELERY, Leeks, Tomato Paste, Tomato Puree, Tomatoes, Acidifier: Citric Acid), CREAM, White Wine (SULFITE), Port Wine (SULFITE), 1% Lobster Stock (Water, Lobster Extract, Lobster Extract Powder, Maltodextrin, Salt, Flavorings (Fish, Shellfish), Sugar, Yeast Extract, Modified Corn Starch, Natural Flavorings, Mussel Extract, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika Extract, Spices, Spirit Vinegar, Stabilizer: Xanthan Gum, Wormwood (SULFITE), Sauce Thickener (Modified Starch, Maltodextrin, Rice Flour, Rapeseed Oil), Iodized Salt, Potassium Iodate, Herbs, Caramelized Sugar), BUTTER, Water, Citrus Fiber, <0.1% Saffron, Spices. Preparation instructions: Thaw the pouch completely in a refrigerator. Empty the thawed pouch into a 1-liter ISI Gourmet Whip and pressurize with two iSi Professional Chargers, shaking vigorously. Heat the filled ISI Whip in a water bath or convection oven for approximately 30 minutes at 60°C. Portion and serve. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
