Ingredients
Beurre Blanc, frozen, ready to cook. CREAM, BUTTER 24%, citrus fiber paste (water, citrus fiber), white wine (SULPHITES), shallots, lemon juice, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), spices. Preparation instructions: Thaw the pouch completely in a refrigerator. Empty the thawed pouch into a 1L ISI Gourmet Whip and pressurize with 2 iSi Professional Chargers, shaking vigorously. Heat the filled ISI Whip in a water bath or convection oven for approximately 30 minutes at 60°C. Portion and serve. Keep frozen at a minimum of -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
