Potato dumplings. 70% mashed potatoes (water, 14% dehydrated potato flakes: potatoes, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural flavorings), 20.1% WHEAT flour Type 405, potato starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural flavorings , Preparation: Put the gnocchi in boiling salted water. When the gnocchi swim up, drain and dress with a Casa Rinaldi sauce. Store in a refrigerator and use within 3 days if the package is open. Cook before eating. Made in Italy.
