2023 Bourgogne Pinot Noir La Moutonniere red wine AC, dry, 13% vol., Roux

Dark garnet red. The bouquet consists of black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry, as well as red fruits (cherry) and licorice, lilac, and rose petals, developing into notes of cooked fruit. On the palate, the tannins harmonize with the fruit, giving the wine a clearly defined structure. One-third was aged for 10 months in barriques, the remainder in stainless steel tanks.
