Tajin classico - Chili powder with salt and lime

Tajin classico is a very popular spice in Mexico and South America and is slowly gaining popularity in the USA and Europe. It combines the acidity of lime with the fruity heat of chili, enhanced by salt. Surprisingly delicious on fruits and vegetables, and especially exciting in drinks like beer (Michelada), or instead of a simple salt rim on cocktails and long drinks.
