Gyoza are becoming increasingly popular in Europe. In Japan, they are served with a slightly spicy, savory dipping sauce, refined with rice vinegar and ginger. Of course, this sauce isn`t just for Japanese gyoza, but goes well with all Asian dumplings in general, and also with German Maultaschen (filled pasta pockets). It can also be used to easily prepare an Asian chicken salad with cucumbers, etc.
