60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 10% Carignan. Concentrated aromas of blackberries, sour cherries, and elderberries. Very juicy on the palate with a slightly spicy finish. Jean and Caroline Panis` philosophy is to produce full-bodied, intensely fruity wines from ripe, low-yielding grapes grown using environmentally friendly methods. The Minervois region is famous for its powerful yet elegant red wines, influenced by the Mediterranean-Atlantic climate. The leading grape varieties are Syrah and Grenache.
