DE - ORGANIC - 022 Harvested from the prime vineyard sites of Westhofen, aged in traditional half-barrels or barriques, with lees aging for at least 15 months. Straw yellow in color, the nose offers a spicy aroma of Mediterranean herbs, orange and citrus, along with delicate notes of jasmine and ginger. On the palate, a very elegant acidity with an intense, long, and playful finish.
