2014 Cerons AC, sweet, 13.5% vol., Chateau de Cerons

Highly complex with great finesse and a vibrant acidity that provides freshness and elegance. On the palate, it offers aromas of exotic fruits, honey, and spices. Despite its age, it still presents itself as quite youthful and possesses excellent aging potential. The main grape variety is Semillon at 80%, complemented by smaller proportions of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The grapes were harvested by hand and rigorously selected. The wine was aged for 18 months in barriques. Chateau de Cerons is considered the premier winery in Cerons.
