2021 AC Graves red wine, dry, 12.5% vol., Chateau de Cerons

Delicate cherry fruit, aromas of dark chocolate, blackberries, and a hint of mocha. Cool and spicy, with a fine texture and elegant style. Chateau de Cerons comprises approximately 26 hectares of vineyards in the Bordeaux appellations of Graves and Cerons, which borders Sauternes. The vines grow on mixed gravel soil with sand and small stones, based on a subsoil of marine limestone.
