BEDOBA White is a blend of 70% Rkatsiteli and 30% Kisi, two typical Georgian grape varieties. The Rkatsiteli comes from 25-year-old vines growing on deep black slate soils, lending the wine expression and concentration. The Kisi comes from younger vineyards on limestone soils with a cooler microclimate. The wine is partially fermented and aged in qvevri amphorae and 500-liter oak barrels. Bedoba White enchants with notes of ripe pear, baked apple, honeycomb, roasted almonds, and subtle wild herbs. A gentle creaminess, fine oak notes, and a hint of qvevri texture give this complex and captivating wine depth and elegance.
