Puntay South Tyrolean Pinot Blanc DOC, White Wine, First + New

100% Pinot Bianco. The grapes for this wine were hand-picked and selected from carefully chosen vineyards. The wine matures for 12 months in large wooden barrels. The nose offers aromas of ripe fruits such as peach and apple. On the palate, it is mineral with notes of white blossoms, elegant, and with a fresh finish. It pairs well with delicate vegetables such as asparagus and kohlrabi, as well as with fish.
