Fruity. Grassy. Spicy. The bright green, unfiltered water has a fruity, tart taste and an incomparable aroma of fresh grass and herbs. It finishes with a peppery spiciness. On fish, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, with all pasta dishes with tomatoes, herbs or mushrooms - a true delight. It is not suitable for frying due to the many suspended particles. The special feature lies in the harvest, as the oil is only produced from the harvest of the first 14 days and not, as is conventional, over 6-8 weeks.
