Fruity. Grassy. Spicy. The bright green, unfiltered water has a fruity, tart taste and an incomparable aroma of fresh grass and herbs. It finishes with a peppery spiciness. On fish, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, with all pasta dishes with tomatoes, herbs or mushrooms - a true delight. It is not suitable for frying due to the many suspended particles.
