2024 Favorite Riesling Kabinett, fruity and sweet, 7% vol., Martin Furst

A favorite of the Germans, queen of white grape varieties. The Fursthof estate lovingly tends to Her Majesty, Riesling. Its fermentation develops spontaneously with the natural yeast in the must. After three-quarters of a year of fermentation and aging on the fine lees, the wine is bottled. Its bouquet is reminiscent of stone fruit and roses. Great finesse supported by mineral acidity.
